The Advocate Photos: Ogden mural is one of five going up as part of “Unframed”


Artist David Momo puts the finishing touches on a 93-foot-tall mural on the side of the Ogden Museum of Southern Art, a project of the Arts Council New Orleans "Unframed" exhibition. This 93-foot-tall mural on the side of the Ogden Museum of Southern Art is one of five mural that are part the "Unframed" exhibition by the Arts Council New Orleans and funded by The Helis Foundation in New Orleans. On Saturday, June 1 this and four other murals located at 333 Julia St., 600 O'Keefe St., 827 Tchoupitoulas St., and 636 Baronne st. will be unveiled with a series of community events.
